Your favorite local events app UnderBelly and dj/organizer Saint Saunter [queerIRL] are partnering to pay an homage to everyone’s favorite elementary school memory: The Scholastic Book Fair.
Our goal is to recreate the memory & respark the love of reading with a local, artistic twist. Madison's favorite local bookshop, A Room of One's Own Bookstore, will be selling a range of novels, zines, poetry, and more.
The event will include: Local authors Local visual artists Books & Zines Library card sign-ups & Book recommendation station provided by the Madison Public Library Reading nook and a place to contribute to the UnderBelly zine, to be published by UnderBelly for the UnderBelly Winter Art Showcase at Black Locust Cafe in December
