Vem balançar (come move your body) at the Venue on Winnebago for a night of eclectic and exciting music from Northeastern Brazil! Local acts Forró fo Sho and Metabaque will fill this great space with the thundering of drums, the rumble of the accordion bellows, ballads, rhymes, shouts, and myriad other vibes and grooves to get 2020 started off right!

Metabaque plays a style of music based on Brazilian Maracatu. For this performance we are doing a "drums-only" set which will have an emphasis on funk and danceable grooves that will have you moving, both physically and mentally!

Forró fo Sho is the premier band in Wisconsin playing forró dance music from Northeastern Brazil. With infectious accordion grooves interlocking with infectious percussion, cavaquinho and sax, FFS will keep you moving!
