Mr Boifriend:
Madison native Mr. Boifriend has been playing music & experimenting with sounds since he was old enough for his dad to let him play around on his Casio SK-1. When he was 15, his dad taught him how to play guitar & music theory.
A lot of Mr. Boifriend's melodies come to him in his dreams. He expands them into songs on guitar, & then arranges them with synths & drum loops & whatever *sounds* right. His performances are hyperactive, glammed-out adventures for him & his audience, with DIY-pop drag show energy!
He draws inspiration especially from Grimes, Princess Chelsea, George Clanton, & Gorillaz

Yung Beans

Yung Beans happens to be one of the most versatile and nutritious rappers emerging from the underground. With a little water and care, this sprout has developed into a full sized stalk bearing some of nature's tastiest morsels. His collaborations with Yung Gravy, Bexey, Wifigawd, David Shawty, Yungster Jack and more are flavorful examples of what Beans can and will do to a beat on the mic. From the can to the bowl to the sky.

Alex D puts the D in literally everything. When not assassinating the microphone like it owes him money, he's vibing to the tunes of his squad, the Supa Friends. Literal superheroes in the making. A fresh kick to your chest to jump start your morning, Al D will make anything a reality when he applies the special technique to a classic beat.
