Texas Toast is a psychedelic country band that features touring musicians from Jaybone Bell and Restless Light, The People Brothers Band, Barbaro and Karate Chop Silence who have all made their home in beautiful Winona, MN.  

     In March and April of 2021 we started to jam together as musicians who's touring lives had all but come to a stop due to you all know what.  It became evident quickly that this "pandemic band" was going to have to play some shows and record some tunes.  In July of 2021 we started gigging with motivation to get in the studio. We released our first batch of singles recorded at Carpet Booth Studios in Rochester, MN over the spring and summer of 2022 with another one being released in September 2022.  The band has captivated audiences in the last year with sets at Boats and Bluegrass festival, and Blue Ox music festival and are rounding out the summer of 2022 with late night sets at Boats and Bluegrass and Wise Fest 2022. Something special always happens when we are on stage playing together as one.

    What started as a country band turned into an exploration into music combined with all of our various influences including and not limited to R&B, Psychedelic Jam, Folk, Bluegrass and Pop/Dance while remaining in tune with the aspects of classic country music. Texas Toast features original music combined with covers of our influences.
