Vegan Steakhouse and the New York Strip are a pop fusion group based in Madison, WI. Their grooving rhythm section, charismatic horn section, and genre-crossing songwriting propel them forward in their career as they share their music. They have performed at venues across the state, including but not limited to, The High Noon Saloon, The Bur Oak, and Summerfest's Johnson Controls World Sound Stage.
The group spent 2021 recording their debut album “Steer in the Headlights”, planned to release in the spring of 2022.
