Duck Turnstone: Rock and roll band from Denver. They are trying to have fun in a time when it is very difficult to have fun. Narrative-driven songs preoccupied with romance, animals, and the fate of the world are set to bright, jangly guitars and hook-driven keys. Playful harmonies from songwriter and guitarist Melissa Jones and key-mage Abby Gregg permeate the dancey sonic landscape, all backed by a DIY, less-is-more ethos. Come see Duck!
