Celebrate the opening of Donna Parker’s newest art exhibit.  All pieces will remain on display at the venue throughout the summer. 

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Madison, WI, based artist Donna Parker, a Digital Artist, combines her artistic passion and graphic design design skills to create art that reflects Black people, culture and her spirituality. Using a blend of her graphic design expertise and artistic skills to create art work that informs and encourages people to view all people from a positive light.

Her “Leap of Faith” exhibit combines and highlights her love of music, dance and people of color.  “Celebrate the human, the marks people make on the world. Treasure the local, the small-scale, the eccentric, the ordinary: whatever is made out of caring. Respect what people have built for themselves.”, says Donna.

Donna’s “A Leap of Faith” show, at The Bur Oak, will certainly inspire and empower the viewer.
